Elizabeth J. Frey, R.N., J.D., President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (2006-2007), graduated with honors from the York Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania where she received the school’s Integrity Award and Outstanding Clinical Performance Award. Ms. Frey went on to receive an honors undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Maryland and is a licensed registered nurse in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

After receiving her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Frey has distinguished herself as a tenacious and universally well respected litigator, focusing her practice on complex medical negligence actions.

Ms. Frey has been admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Pennsylvania and has litigated complex medical malpractice, personal injury and nursing home litigation cases in both State and Federal Courts, recovering millions of dollars for her clients.

As a testament to both her dedication to the profession and to her clients, Ms. Frey has long maintained leadership positions in the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
