I felt that he really did care about my son as a child, as a human being, as someone he cared about. It wasn’t just about a dollar amount, it was about giving him what was right, what he deserved. That was important to me, because nobody wants to feel like just a client. In our communications, I always felt like he truly cared about my son and when he asked “How is he?” he really wanted to know.”
